The stated feeding amounts are guidelines. Energy requirements decrease from the 7th month of life. The actual requirement depends on your pet's breed, age, and activity level. Please always provide sufficient drinking water.

Switching food

  • Gradually accustom your pet to the new food

  • For a smooth transition, we recommend a period of 6-10 days, or longer if your pet is sensitive and/or difficult to switch to a new food

  • At the beginning of the transition, mix a (very) small portion (max. 1/4) of the new food into the usual food and increase the amount in small steps each day until the switch to the new food is complete

  • A slow/proper food transition is important so that your pet's digestive enzymes and gut flora can gradually adjust to the new food and no digestive problems (soft stool, diarrhea) occur

  • A slow/proper food transition should always be carried out, even when switching within a product category (wet food, dry food, fresh menus).

  • Open the can, pour contents into the bowl, and feed your pet.
