1. Background of the assortment changes

Our assortment is continuously evolving. Sometimes new products are added, sometimes existing ones change – and in individual cases we remove products from the assortment.

Such decisions are not made at short notice, but based on factors such as demand, raw material availability or the strategic further development of our offering. The goal is always to offer an assortment that remains meaningful, clear and high-quality.

3. What do the assortment changes mean for you?

  • Certain products are no longer permanently part of the assortment.

  • If a product is permanently removed from the assortment, it will be removed from existing savings subscriptions and will not be replaced automatically.

  • In individual cases, we aim to identify equivalent alternative products. Before an adjustment is made within a savings subscription, we inform you in advance by email.

  • If you would like support in selecting a suitable replacement product, our experts are happy to help.

  • You can adjust, pause or cancel your savings subscription at any time in your personal account.

  • You can find the currently available products at any time in our shop.
