The indicated feed quantities are guidelines. The actual requirement depends on the age, breed, and activity of your pet. Please always provide sufficient drinking water.
Change of diet
Gradually accustom to the new feed
For a smooth transition, we recommend a period of 6-10 days, possibly over a longer period if the animal is sensitive and/or difficult to switch to a new feed.
At the beginning of the transition, mix a very small portion (max. 1/4) of the new food into the usual food and gradually increase the amount each day until you have completely switched to the new food.
A slow/proper transition to new food is important so that the animal's digestive enzymes and gut flora can gradually adjust to the new diet and avoid digestive problems (soft stool, diarrhea).
A slow/proper transition of food should always be carried out, even when switching within a product category (wet food, dry food, fresh menus).
Feeding & Storage
It tastes best at room temperature, especially for dogs prone to a sensitive stomach.
